What about adopts, are we aloud to make adopts?

No.... you aren't allowed to make adopts if you don't have rights (sorry for the late reply, I rarely check the group comments)

From what I've read on their journals only rights holders can make adopts. Also, you can make a few un/common ones before having to pay for them.

Are MYOs going to open any time soon, or are there already set rules/times for them?
